Submit ManuscriptThe Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law considers articles on a rolling basis and welcomes submissions on a wide variety of topics from law professors, judges, practicing attorneys, and law students alike. We ask that articles not exceed forty single-spaced pages and adhere to Bluebook citation standards.
We are currently accepting submissions for our summer issue, Volume 30.2. This issue will follow our spring issue. The editing and publication process will begin in late June.
